Bio and How to Contact Me

Susan Schleppegrell is a longtime Dallas–Fort Worth real estate advisor, author, and advocate for healing and renewed self-trust after emotional and financial betrayal. With more than two decades of experience helping clients navigate complex real estate decisions, she has built her career on integrity, thoughtful guidance, and a deep commitment to the people she serves. She recently achieved her Positive Psychology Coaching Certification.

A devoted mother of two daughters, Susan’s greatest pride is her family. Her life has also been shaped by meaningful involvement in her community through volunteer work and leadership roles with local organizations, where she values connection, service, and the opportunity to help others grow.

Outside of her professional life, Susan finds inspiration in nature and creativity. She has a lifelong passion for gardening, where she often reflects on the parallels between tending a garden and nurturing personal growth. She also enjoys hiking, exploring new places, photography and embracing what she calls “epicurean adventures”—discovering good food, teaching classes and  sharing meaningful conversation. The simple pleasures that make life rich.

A natural storyteller and lifelong learner, Susan loves both reading and writing as ways to better understand the world and the human experience. Her memoir, Twice Betrayed, reflects her belief that even the most difficult chapters of life can lead to deeper wisdom, resilience, and the courage to begin again. ( Books that inspired her are listed at the end of her book.)

Susan would love to share her story and positive approach to healing, driving your own bus forward, finding meaning and purpose for your life.
